Toshiba SD-6100
$80.00
Released February, 2008
The Pros:Fantastic DVD upscaling performance. Very slim, small and lightweight. Excellent support of recordable/re-recordable media.
The Cons:REGZA Link still requires you to input codes for Toshiba REGZA HDTVs. Lacks in durability--tends to wear out and stop working after about a year of use. Pretty loud operating volume.
Toshiba offers the SD-6100 model with a little less flare than the SD-7990 model. The premium model comes with a HDMI cable, but the SD-6100 comes with everything else at a much less price.
