Obviously the biggest feature of the Philips DVP1013/37 is the long list of supported file formats which range from MP3's, WMA's and JPEG's all the way to SVCDs and all types of DVDs.

The DVP1013/37 also includes additional features such as a 12-bit/108MHz video processing DAC for a "superior" digital-to-analog conversion, a 24-bit/192KHz audio DAC, high quality analog and digital video and audio outputs, and progressive scan technology which enhances the resolution of the output image for a sharper picture.
