The DVR3475 includes common DVR features, such as daily/weekly repeat programming and 1-touch recording for straightforward operation. This recorder, like most others cannot record DRM-protected television content (example: Showtime & HBO). This DVDR also functions as an upconverting DVD player, as it can output 720p/1080i/1080p HD video. For users with camcorders, the Philips DVDR3475 features iLINK DV input on the front of the unit.
