The JVC XV-N370B is a budget level Progressive Scan DVD player which plays various video formats as well as Digital Still(JPEG) slideshows with music. Composite Video Output, S-Video and Dolby Digital/DTS Digital Outputs are included as well as Coaxial Digital Audio Output, and the unit is designed with the popular slim or in this case ultra-slim style, standing 1-9/16" high.

There is a high-resolution graphic user interface(GUI) which comes with the necessary features such as three language support, book marker search, zoom play, resume function and more. Although the system is made with the North American standard NTSC format, it can also play PAL DVD's which are common in countries that support that format. The recently released XV-N372S is the same DVD player in silver color.
