The Integra DHS-8.8 is Integra's first-entry into the HD-DVD market. It is a high-end HD-DVD player that, most notably, (1) includes a HQV Reon-VX video processor that upscales content to 1080p, and (2) the ability to stream multiple high-definition audio formats including Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio.

Availability and Pricing
The DHS-8.8 will become available in early 2008 and has an MSRP of $1099. The DTR-8.8 receiver was released in September 2007 and can be found in stores now. Integra is a manufacturer of high-end home theater electronics and falls under the umbrella of Onkyo Corporation.

#integra_dhs_8_8 this is a rebadged, more expensive Toshiba HD-XA2. if you look at the back panel picture you will see the following on the right hand side T-board-HDXA2. Why pay more for a Toshiba player???
